Groovecore is a style of metal that ranges anywhere on the line between Groove Metal and Metalcore and varies very much from artist to artist. It is Metalcore at a mid-tempo speed and usually has solos, breakdowns, and a mix between Metalcore and Groove Metal drumming. Vocals can range from screaming to singing all the way to low toned growling noises. Groovecore is an offshoot of thrash as a hybrid of Groove Metal, Metalcore, and Thrash and any combination thereof, as there is no official way to structure your combination of these traits.
