Like mallsoft, futurevisions takes the concept of the futuristic world of vaporwave and brings it to life, placing you inside the world itself, rather than alluding to it. The word "vision" is key, as it is one of the more cinematic forms of vaporwave. Relying much more on ambient textures than other sub-genres, it could be considered a combination of hypnagogic drift and utopian styles (See: utopian virtual and faux-utopian). Very synth-heavy and dreamy, with heavy cyberpunk themes.
