"Adding 'core' onto the end of a random word doesn't produce a new genre of music" - goddam fucking right. [2] Genres rule.

"Adding 'core' onto the end of a random word doesn't produce a new genre of music" actually it does, genres are just labels on music, if you call something with a new name its a new genre :D genres suck. I ended up here 'cause I felt this would be something fitting to The Chariot. Good bands are unique and they would need their own genres. Genres suck.

Not the same as mathcore. Mathcore gets its name from all the time signatures. There's extreme rhythmic experimentation. Whereas with chaoscore, I find that there's still 4/4 and 3/4 but it's just, well, chaotic.
