Lame V

It's not a contradiction. It's all about opinion. Perhaps these artists are similar in some way, but to me, they're not. I just think each to their own - makes things a lot easier.

My bad, I misread what you had typed. Seems a little hypocritcal to say I'm a hateful creature and then say I'm unspeakably lame. It literally took two minutes to write it and as its my profile, I'll put on it whatever I want.

And how important is it, really, in the grand scheme of things? I don't understand how you can possibly say those two artists are similar. To me, they have a completely different sound. And the intention of listening to those artists is not to say "Ooh I have such a wide music taste". I believe that I do, but i listen to these artists simply because I like them. You think they're lame? That's fine. I personally don't care for Queens of the Stone Age or Weezer. That's not to say they're ''unspeakably lame'. It's called taste. How boring would it be for everyone to like the same thing? Having said that, there is far too much crticism directed at indviduals solely based on their taste, when it's really nothing to get as fired up about as people on here seem to do.
