thanx for peepin' by again, is that a Gekco you're giving hi-five's?

Cool lists, Someone cool like you is in Ohio?

:-)) Hola :-)) Saludos.

:)

cool charts... that Ride song is great. I once tried to get tickets to a Radiohead show that had Ride and Luna as support... you'd think in 94' this wouldn't sell out too fast... but it did.

Woot, another big Slowdive fan! *high five*

Thanks, man, it's much appreciated. And that sucks you didn't get tickets, but I have a feeling you have seen them before. As for the Mudhoney show, you'd be my hero if you did that the night before your wedding, haha.

Hey you are quite Savvy and you live in N.E.O. Hmmmm.

No, I haven't but it looks like I should!

No concerts for you?

Thanks again for that Death album, stuff was amazin.

Pretty cool stuff, but yeah, that second track was a lil' silly, haha.

That sounds lovely...would you mind sending it?

Thanks for the B & S reccomendation, I love it and all your other reccomendations!

That Radiohead bootleg was friggin' great, thank you again. And I'd say that EP is worth grabbing for sure.

I really need to listen to the Delgados, but damn, I love that Emma Pollock record.

Yeap, I sure did. Turns out they're playing around here next month at some small gallery/warehouse. Might try and make it, but it's a Sunday night so it's doubtful.

Thanks! Yeah, I'd love to see a full set by them, here's hoping they come back around!

I'm so happy you know about Delta Spirit, They're so great!

Hell yeah, you should!

I guess there was another band who was supposed to play before everyone else. I think they got lost or something, and they were going on after P&L. I left, though. I talked to the guys in the band and they all seem really friendly. And their beards kick ass.

I know what you mean. My girlfriend was sick and wanted to go home. What was up with that fourth band going on after P&L? I don't even think they were on the ticket...

Yeah, you? I thought they played great, but only for a short time. I see you might be going to Jaguar Love in PA. I wish they'd just come to Cleveland so I didn't have to drive all the way out there...

Thanks man, glad you liked it. And yeah, it's a grower.

What'd you think of that Delta Spirit?

Nope, we weren't treated to that. They plowed through their set, though, since they were opening and crammed like 15 songs into 45 minutes. And I'll check Ko's band out now!

Hahaha, that was actually one of the tracks that instantly stood out. And I'll be sure to check that group out. Oh yeah, just wanted to let ya know I'll be writing up a review on the Dirtbombs set. Thankfully one of the drummers e-mailed me back with the set list. I knew like half of it and was totally in the dark there.

Very enjoyable, thanks again for the rec.

I don't think I can make it to the Dirtbombs, as interested as I am in seeing them. Parts & Labor for sure, though.

I really enjoyed it, even though the sound was kinda shitty. I would love to see 'em again.

Did you get your Girl Talk ticket? Know anyone who has a few extra for sale?

I'm having trouble thinking of dance songs that would be applicable to your wedding. I'll try, though!

Yeah you should. I just really liked what they did on there and think they pulled it off very well.

Check out Kimi Ga Suki by all means... it's even more dry, raw, guitar-heavy than the new one. I'm not gonna be that drag writer who says "It's a return to the sound he perfected on Girlfriend/Altered Beast/100% Fun", but it really is more like those than anything else from the past 10 years

Absolutely, I really enjoyed that album.

Nope, you didn't pimp them out to me yet. I've been meaning to listen, though, and will get on that soon!

Skywave, hmmm? I'd go with "Synthstatic". They're all almost exactly the same, and since that's a full length, I guess I'd pick it because it's got the album art I like more than the others.

You listen to the Veils, too? Excellent.

This is terrible to admit, but I just watched "I Now Pronounce You Chuck & Larry" and it featured a lot of Queen material. So I got inspired by a weak film, so what? haha

I had no idea you lived in Ohioooooo. In any case, I'll see ya at Parts and Labor.

Heh, I can't complain either since you've given me so many great rec's.

That Malory song is GORGEOUS.

Why does Weewoosenorita wanna kill me? D:

I'll kill you JFD. Strummer was listenin' to a radio for artists similar to The Roots. Can't get no bettah.

What's this GREAT hip-hop senorwoobob is talkin' about?

Glad to see you listening to some good...no, GREAT hip-hop.

Thanks, man, I'll get that now!

NIN/Deerhunter got postponed. So depresssing.

Thanks a lot, man, it's much appreciated. I guess I'm just evolving more as a writer and getting more confident in my skin as a critic.

Thanks for that Vivian Girls rec, good stuff!
