crossing my fingers for St. Vincent tonight, but not entirely optimistic- I'll be bringing some cash i'll be getting from a survey directly beforehand. I'm thinking many artists, Ferreira being a good example, may be too skeptical to play a show in a city like portland. LA sure she'll bring a crowd, but here that might not be the easiest guarantee. Yeah, the Crystal would be ideal for her, but could she really bring 1500 people out? Who knows, I'd sure go though!

So Body/Head was pretty mind-blowing, and loud! Midway through the set, Kim came out into the crowd and rubbed her guitar on a few people. Then she stopped right in front of me, unplugged her guitar cable, turned to me and rubbed the connector against my chest for a few seconds and it made a bunch of crackling noises. So I can die happy now. Kim Gordon made noise with my body.

I just read your shout about seeing Body/Head live. I'm seeing them later this month. Now I really can't wait!

As for body/head, i was towards Bill I think... maybe in the center of the two. oh well. I'll see you around if we can spot each other out!

I was a volunteer doing most of the wrist banding that night, so I had a volunteer shirt on if that's how you want to identify me. I stood directly behind a curly haired guy who was really serious on taking photos.

I know right? It's all too rare to find fans of both Nirvana and Hole. And most people's hatred for Love is based on trivial shit, false accusations and conspiracy theories. I mean it's almost 2013, when will you twats realize that she didn't kill Kurt? They should focus on her music, and lyrics. And she rocks in both aspects. I would like for her legacy to be saved by the coming generations, but I'm not sure about that. Too many people will always vilify her. She said herself in an interview that most people saw her as the town bitch, and the town slut, and that years later someone's gonna say, oh no she wasn't. I really hope that happens

I had gotten into Court's music earlier this year. Out of curiosity I wandered over to Hole's Doll Parts video on YouTube, after watching some Nirvana videos. I fell in love immediately. :D There's no one else quite like her.
