It's okay, I've been pretty lazy about responding to people on here anyway. :P I actually haven't bothered to watch that yet though of course I know about it. If you Private Message me your email I will send you The Burning. :) And anything else I have that you need. Well if you want to go to Warped Tour, you just have to check out all the different acts playing this year! Discover new ones to like. It really is worth the time and effort to do, that's how I discovered INK a couple of years ago in the first place, and have discovered other awesome bands that way that don't get enough attention really. And The Used and Yellowcard are both really worth seeing at Warped Tour this year, I am so excited. x)

... an hour away. But for you, the Palace would be like, two hours away, it says Detroit on some sites but the Palace is in Auburn Hills, like half an hour from Detroit. So that doesn't look good. But aren't you pretty young? You have plenty of time to go in the future, maybe next year.

...couple guys did stop and look under the vehicle and said it was leaking something. And so Mark called the insurance company and we eventually got a tow truck to take us seven miles to Findlay to get it repaired, and long story more but that's the Vanlue part of it. Where we didn't see a cop around anywhere even though the tow truck driver (who took forever to get there) said there's a sheriff that lives in Vanlue even, and usually plenty of police around, because Vanlue is where lots of drug deals happen. Well I am glad you love Last Chance to Make Amends. :D Next on the list would be The Burning EP to listen to. Ice Nine Kills does come to the Toledo area sometimes so look out for them. :P In fact, I go to shows in Toledo once in a while, maybe if there's a good show we both want to see I will see you there. Well that's okay, maybe another year, this year's Warped Tour isn't as good as in the past. And having it moved to the Palace makes it twice as far for me as it was before, ...

Well their older stuff is different, but I wouldn't say you'd like them less. You might like the older stuff less, but that won't affect how you feel about AFI. Their way-early stuff is punk, and even I don't like that quite as much as their post-hardcore type stuff from Shut Your Mouth and Open Your Eyes onward. But I love all of their music, even though it is different over time. Ha ha ha! x) Glad my perception of Vanlue was spot-on then. You see, my sister, her boyfriend (Mark), and I were coming home from a Bayside concert in Columbus, late at night, and a raccoon ran out in front of Mark's car and he couldn't stop in time, hitting it. So it wrecked his car, the underneath was dragging, so he pulled off at the next exit and that is how we ended up stopping in Vanlue. Where the only people around were some drunk people heading home from a festival of some sort at a town hall or community center or whatever. So it is one or two in the morning and we're like this is creepy. But a...

Okay! :) Well oh noooo no wonder, that's a real problem! You need to hear AFI before then! That's a huge, very important thing! Especially given that a lot of people, including me, would say Black Sails In The Sunset is their best album. So you can either look their stuff up online or like on Spotify if it is on there... if not you can private message me your email and I will send you their music because I literally have all of it... Oh! So you don't live all that far from me! I live 40 minutes from Toledo, in Michigan, about half an hour south of Detroit, so between Toledo and Detroit... I've been in a "hillbilly town" in Ohio, hmm what was that city called... (looked it up) Vanlue! Near Findlay. That's a long story... anyway, so do you go to Warped Tour, and if so, which one do you go to? Yes, there's a huge difference between those two terms, one is used by ignorant people who don't know much about music like people who diss you probably, and the other isn't. Ha ha. :)

Well what AFI did you listen to? :P I mean which albums? Just curious of course. And as for which Ice Nine Kills album to listen to first, look at the post below, the last one. It says in the third sentence. :) Where is "hillbilly-town," if you don't mind me asking? And what State do you live in, if you don't mind me asking? :O Also, it isn't "screamo" music, you are probably referring to post-hardcore music, I would say metalcore too but I don't think you really listen to much of that yet. Oh, so you like ADTR's newer stuff, okay.

You should most definitely listen to Ice Nine Kills. They are totally awesome. And actually, their post-hardcore stuff is the best, their first album Last Chance to Make Amends. Not saying their newer stuff isn't good but that album is even better. Yeah there's a lot of good music out there, all different genres, can't be limited to just one or you're missing out. :P I like plenty of chill and acoustic stuff too. Why would any band be a guilty pleasure? You like what you like and it doesn't matter what other people think. :) Always remember that and stick up for what you like. You will be much happier and won't feel pressured to agree with anyone about music. It feels great to have your own opinion even if you disagree with people. I like a good mix of singing and screaming too, like post-hardcore stuff, I think the contrast sounds the coolest. ADTR is more like pop punk/post-hardcore/slight metalcore but not really all that metalcore though. Any favorite ADTR album or favorite songs?

I understand. :P And yeah Ice Nine Kills is one of my favorite bands, probably in my top five. And I get to see them today, my third time seeing them. :) I am so pumped. Hmm who are they similar to... that's tough, I would say You Ate My Dog but you might not have heard of them either... they have the mix of singing and screaming like a lot of metalcore/post-hardcore bands do so that category... Here is what Last.fm says: http://www.last.fm/music/Ice+Nine+Kills/+similar?page=1 A lot of those are awesome bands too but I can't really say who they are like for myself but that's what's good about them you know? They fit in a genre/subgenre but doesn't sound too much like a bunch of stereotypical metalcore bands around these days.

:D Thanks for the add! Your "I plan on marrying..." statement in your About Me made me laugh, in a good way! Given that I know who all of those people are...well other than Andrew but I looked it up. :P Very cool.

Excellent, excellent! It was awesome to see you too, sorry we didn't really have much of a chance to stay around and talk because.. well, it was a game and all, maybe I'll show up again randomly much like yesterday! And I hope you're able to enjoy at least some of the bands I recommended, I can't say you will, but I tried anyways! If you have any recommendations for me I'd love to hear them too! haha as long as you don't try to recommend me any country crap :P

I'm not done yet! Another recommendation I have for you is Rokysopp! If you couldn't tell, they're my most listened to artist according to last.fm, and that's for a good reason! They've got a song for everything, and meaningful lyrics, and beautiful chords and harmonies and production value. They're very versatile and should provide you with something excellent to listen to whenever you want. And then there's Pendulum, who I will always love forever! They're like a mix between electronic drum and bass music and rock and roll, and they're really great! Another great electronic music group is Cut Copy. They have upbeat, catchy lyric songs with a great use of harmony and melody, and you might like them too! Well, I hate to flood your shoutbox with all of this. Here's a couple final names I'll shout out for you- Deadmau5, Hybrid, Ratatat (who I recommended to Bils, they're pretty great!), Above & Beyond, Washed Out, Miami Horror, LCD Soundstystem..and there's many more!

First off, I'll be sure to make use of Spotify to send you some recommendations when I get the chance, because that's super convenient and you might be able to find something you like, you never know! Second off, some recommendations! The first recommendation I have to give to everyone is Daft Punk. They're a very versatile French electro duo and they make some of the best sounds ever. You've probably heard them before though! Another recommendation, if you're looking for more relaxing music, is Bonobo! He makes some of the best music too, but it's more instrumental and relaxing. Another artist that makes relaxing instrumental music is Boards of Canada, but their music is very strange and obscure, but who knows, you might end up liking it! I like them a lot, they're really great to listen to while doing homework because there's usually no lyrics and it's calming and interesting to listen to. But I also again understand they aren't for everyone!

Yeah, I miss being able to say HELLO to you too, and do the signature head-nod of friendshiply approval with accompanying wrist-chest-bump! And yes, I had a splendid time at the Black Keys concert! Rumor has it that they're coming back to Ohio and Michigan sometime soon too, you should see if you can go then! It's definitely worth it. Also, I'm glad Bils is recommending music to you, he is one of the most trustworthy people I know and his taste in music is unrivaled, he just always knows where it's at! So that's cool to hear! Also, about this 'electronic music' stuff, you say! Well, you're right... I absolutely love it! But I also understand it's not really for everyone. There's so much electronic music though that I have to try to share it with you though!

HELLO! Haley, I'm honestly truly amazed at how awesome your music taste is! It's cool to see that you've got such a similar taste as me. I wish I had gotten to know you better during high school, and I am sorry for that. :( Anyways, I just thought I should leave this shout-out for you! I hope you get to go see the Black Keys live someday soon, and also, kudos to not liking country either! hehe. Cheers, mate!
