I thought they were okay. the sound isn't great in mojo which i don't think suited some of their daintier numbers but on the whole i thought they lacked something. personal highlights from the evening as a whole included a couple of people sporting delightful jumpers and 2 for 1 cocktails. truly paying for overdoing it today. what did you think?

I think I assumed I was going to uni myself until things turned out differently and i just didn't.. likewise though, don't think you should ever rule out education at any stage. one day. i work in the arts college in town doing: <insert highly interesting and creative lie here>. my work/social life balance is tipped heavily in the latter so my work isn't that important right now. y'know, drinking powdery £2 lemonade cocktails, like REALLY living.

they advise getting there early to guarantee entry. doors 7. but that could be a scare tactic to get fools like me inside the venue buying said expensive drinks. I've had those £2 cocktails once or twice. they remind me of that lemonade you could get as kid which tasted like a flavoured powder that you add water to? don't think many people were poor enough to experience these at first hand. they get better after 4 or 5 though..

I lived in Bethnal Green, but after I graduated I couldn't afford the rent, so I'm back here (temporarily, I hope) while I look for jobs down there. Where did you go in London? Its the best place to be... I'm heading in to paint my sister's wall. She's just moved in to a flat and wants some weird drawings done, so that's where I step in, though I also need to get some film developed. Are you studying or working in Liverpool or what?
