Biography
Shaduz, 25 years old, is graduated in Computer-Engineering. He has always been interested in all of what concerns the universe of digital arts, ranging from audio-visuals to interactive installations. His main channel is music, through a constant research of sounds, based essentially on the most widespread and available software solutions as well as auto created hardware instrumentations, like some synthesizers based upon DIY projects (uCApps) or even sophisticated controllers like 3DID (3D Interaction Device).
Now he's involved in several projects concerning andvanced audio steganography techniques (ApheX), audio synthesis through high level language interpretation (SampleX) and wireless sensor networks design and integration.
During the last years he purposed his live as opening performance for artists such as Richie Hawtin (Link, May 2005) and John Tejada (Link, Dec 2005), and has been playing in clubs like Link (Bologna - IT), Kinki (Bologna - IT), Cassero (Bologna - IT), TPO (Bologna - IT), Covo (Bologna - IT), Square (Verona -IT), Feedback (Foligno - IT) and during events such as Street Rave Parade (Bologna, 2003 and 2004) and all the Homework Festival editions so far. His first official release is "Tkanina", a concept ep released in march 2006 on Persistencebit Rec., followed by "No more words", a 3-tracks ep on Homework Records.
He collaborates with Touane (Persona Rec.) at "The Monitors" project and has just started a collaboration with Lagàr (Homework Rec.).
His live sets are a mixture of funk and minimaltechno, always surrounded by suggestive granular atmospheres.
