Biography
Second-Rate was a pop punk/rock band from Adrian, MI, formed in the late fall/winter of 2001 and lasted into 2004. They released their "Self-Inflicted" demo in the first few months of their formation, and continued to play a slew of shows on that. It was not until fall of 2003 that they released their first full-length, "How It Looks from a Distance", on which they continued to play. However, in the coming year, their activity began to dwindle and they slowly withdrew into a status of indefinite hiatus in mid-to-late 2004 as they began writing different music under a new moniker, My Dying Wish.
