Polymers are scattered across the internet on Facebook , Myspace , Twitter and Youtube.
Formed during Winter 2009 Polymers are a British musical collective based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire. Often described as a mix of modern rock, post hardcore and progressive rock with contrapuntal, riffing guitars and melodic bass against expressive vocals and energetic drum grooves. Their on stage sound is heavy and physical but equal is the band's love for doing stripped down, chilled, acoustic sets.
While largely unfamiliar with each other when the band began the 5 musicians were brought together through their individual desires to play and write music with others. After rehearsing through the winter they began playing gigs in and around Hertfordshire and Cambridge whilst working on their debut EP which was released through the band on the 30th May. After the departure and return of Jake during September '10 and a brief respite during the winter, 2011 sees the band regrouping, writing new music and playing even more shows.
