Insectarium is a dark ambient project by Joel Hinkle of Springfield Illinois, USA. Influenced by ambient, drone, world, and ritual music, insectarium can be found in various collaborations & compilations. His music has been released on several labels & documentaries, and has has been featured on the programs SomaFM, Hearts of Space, Nacht Radio, The Kult of O, & Dark Ambient Archive.
