1. Ghostree are a UK band formed in 2011. They don't have a space in their name.
2. Ghost Tree are a rock band from Santa Cruz, CA. They explore all different styles of music ranging from mellow acoustic tunes, straight rock, metal, surf rock, and even some funky stuff. They released the album The Verses Call in 2007.
