“Kacey Talk” serves as a tribute to Kacey Alexander Gaulden, YoungBoy Never Broke Again’s one-year-old son and the latest of his five kids as of the song’s release.
Released as a single at first, it was first unknown if the song was meant to appear on any of Youngboy’s upcoming projects. However, the song was re-released as part of the EP, Tracks from Top, referring to YoungBoy’s upcoming album Top. The song was released alongside an accompanying music video starring Youngboy and two of his kids, including Kacey.
