Biography
William Copper (born in Lyndhurst, VA, 29 Aug 1953) is an American composer and music theorist. He is acknowledged to be the world's leading expert and founder of the intonal school of music.
He has studied with George Crumb, Joseph Schwantner, Gerald Plain,and Krzysztof Penderecki.
