Bio Bits:
Sasha: Guitar and Vox. Illustrious Past: Palomar, Tris McCall and the New Jack Trippers, The Possibilities, Feel It Robot, Queen City and a handful of other random projects. For 10 years Sasha played in and around nyc and now lives in a whole house in Bangor Maine with four out of seven rooms dedicated to making and/or recording music.
Chris: Drums, Vox and occasional saxophone. Illustrious Past: Jazz (Lots and lots.) Past resident drummer at Bangor’s Penobscot Theater. Occupies one of the other rooms in Sasha’s house.
What:
A guitar and drum duo steeped in mid 90’s indie rock, late 70’s art pop-punk with a hint of folk. Simultaneously strong willed and vulnerable vocals supported by tightly locked rhythms.
Sounds Like:
Yeah yeah yeas, The Kills, a punk rock Bob Dylan with attention deficit disorder.
Looks like:
A heathly PJ Harvey with a white Carter Beuaford (sans dreads and spandex) behind the kit.
Rocking, eating potato chips, sleeping through the night.
