VV303, aka Steve Deconinck, has worn many hats in the music industry.
Belgium born, Steve Deconinck has performed the duties of Producer/Engineer/Songwriter/Composer/
Music Video Writer/Director/Producer and Editor.
At the age of 16, Steve was creating music and in the 90's co-operated on different projects in the Belgian Techno/Trance-scene. Internationally, Steve Deconinck worked for the undergound label TRSI Records Austria and the Amiga Demo-scene. He has also participated on various remixes and from the year 2000 has played in several bands, composed the music and operated occasionally as lyricist.
Steve Deconinck's musical style is varied and eclectic…from Electronic to Classic and from Metal to Industrial. Although, his heart belongs to the EBM/Industrial and Dark Electro scene where he also remixed for Psy’Aviah, Ethan Fawkes,IC434,For Greater Good,Implant,Anamorphosis…Etc…and is also well-known for his dark & static live performances
What makes Steve Deconinck a true artist is although he prefers Dark EBM and Industrial, his appreciation and incorporation of different genres of music have generated very individualistic compositions that have redefined the once generic label of “Industrial” and have influenced many other artists to experiment. Steve Deconinck is an uncompromising, true original.
