Tomas Walker is dedicated to a sacred expression of a personal artistic celebration of First Nation's/First World songs within a unique global context featuring organic cedar, bansuri, nay, shakuhachi, harp, piano world winds and bass flutes.
Tomas Walker is a recording artist with immense capacity including more than 12 CD's on the Reflections.
He seems to focus most on the Bansuri, Cedar, Shakuhachi and Nay yet is an exceptional saxophonist, pianist, expanding on the CD's to play koto, erhu, piano-alpha (2 solo c.d.'s) unique sound design. Thus he's arrived at an artistic station independent of any one instrument although the Indian bansuri flute is his most featured, He often rotates with his saxophones, flutes, and piano. Because of this diversity his music is featured at the apex of the film "Passion of the Christ" by Mel Gibson, and to show this diversity within the film "Natcho Libre" by Jack Black as well.
