"Boy Don't Cry" is the lead single from German rock band Tokio Hotel's sixth studio album Dream Machine. It was officially released as a single on October 20th 2017. The single includes the original version of "Boy Don't Cry", along with a remix made by German house duo Tiefschwarz, a version by German singer/songwriter Drangsal, and a remix made by Belgian DJ Regi Penxten.
The music video shows Bill in a dressing room shaving, whilst other shots show Bill singing the track in a blue/pink background which looks like a house party, and other people doing various things like kissing, spraying fire out of an aerosol can, etc. In the middle of the video, Bill is shown to be putting on make-up. Later on he is shown in full drag, as if he was a drag queen.
