Tice, (* 1985 in Ankara), is a Turkish-German rapper based in Düsseldorf who calls her old school hip-hop tracks "hymns of self respect". She notably has an unusual deep and raspy voice in rapping and singing.
She came to Germany as a baby and started rapping after discovering the turkish-language rap collective Cartel. Her first releases were the EPs Each One Tice One (2014) and Trümmerfrau (2015). The latter one including a duet with Lakmann One. After releasing Baklava in 2017 she went on tour with Sookee and Moses Pelham.
In 2023 she relesed her first EP that she not only raps but also sings on, Ohnegleichen. A style that continued on her debut album Meilensteine (2024).
Her influences include Lauryn Hill, DMX, Tupac Shakur and Azad.
