Biography
Thomas Solgaard is a solo project founded in 2006. It started as a project with instrumental songs on guitar, but has later evolved into a band primarily consisting of vocal, guitars, bass and drums. Thomas Solgaard is a multiinstrumentalist playing guitar, electric bass, double bass and piano. He is also writing all the lyrics and music.
Solgaard released his first 4-track release in 2009 "Laokoon". With this release he shows the rock side of him, but he is also writing music in other genres such as avant-garde/noise, psychadelic, classical, alternative, jazz, ragtime and electronica. Thomas Solgaard is a project that can span from just one guy performing to a band with lots of different instruments. There are no limits. Thomas Solgaard only shows his face at concerts and interviews. He will not be seen on his press photos, music videos or album covers.
