Biography
Comprising Luke (vocals), Joel (Guitar), Jon (Bass) and Owen (Drums) This Future Chaos are a four-piece metal/progressive act who have stamped their authority all over the Tasmanian live music scene with their energetic mix of acrobatics, breakdowns and good old-fashioned sing-along lyrics.
Formed in August 2005, Chaos wasted no time in announcing their arrival, making the final of that year's TasMusic Rock Challenge. While they may not have taken home the trophy, the legion of fans they won over that night marked the start of a meteoric rise that saw them supporting Parkway Drive at their Tasmanian shows a mere six months later. 2006 was rounded out with a score of local gigs (punctuated by support slots to Exit Wounds in July and I Killed the Prom Queen in November), as Chaos set about building their reputation as one of the best live acts in the State.
After releasing their self-titled debut album over summer, 2007 is looking like a very big year for the band, with an East Coast Australian tour planned for the second half of 2007 and work beginning on a follow-up album in the near future.
