( 2008 - current day ) Sandeep Sehbi and Anita Herald formed The Welsh Assembly in 2008. They are an electro rock and sometimes acoustic group based out of Columbus Ohio. Sandeep Sehbi was playing an open mic at the James Club 88 piano bar in downtown Columbus when Anita Herald walked in. Herald liked what she heard and asked Sehbi for a number. Within a month they had formed The Welsh Assembly and recorded a demo in December. They played their first show on March 6th in Columbus Ohio at The Scarlet and Grey bar. They didn't make any money.
