Biography
THE HOOPERS is a cross-dressing girl group consisting of 8 members who were chosen from the 5,000 applicants for cross-dressing group Fudanjuku's (風男塾) "Next Generation Audition".
In addition to their looks and singing skills, this group's specialty is said to be the members' high performance skills, as all members can do cartwheels, and 3 members are good at doing backflips.
The group made their debut with the single "Itoshi Koishi Kimi Koishi" (イトシコイシ君恋シ) in March 2015.
New member Cecil was introduced in December 2015 with the release of their 4th single "Jounetsu wa Kareha no You ni" (情熱は枯葉のように).
On May 4th 2017, members Yuhi and Mizuki officially graduated from the group. On June 24th 2017, AXELL member Lee and Noa from the trainee group little HOOP joined as new members.
Makoto graduated from the group on February 10th 2018.
On April 11th, 2018 it was revealed that i☆Ris member Shibuya Azuki joined the group as a temporary member for their 9th single "Jewel no Kodou ga Kikoeru ka?" (ジュエルの鼓動が聴こえるか?) in place of Haruki, who was on hiatus due to poor physical condition.
