Biography
Before XTC was XTC, there were two other band titles, which were The Helium Kidz and Star Park. The Helium Kidz is the most well-known pre-XTC title. The title lasted from 1973-76. At the time, the band performed New York Dolls-influenced glam rock (Andy Partridge was a huge New York Dolls fan) and wore homemade costumes.
