This is a very strange, yet happy song. A Cupcake In My Head introduces the listener to the album, a song that like the album as a whole, is comprised of many separate parts. The song talks about recreational drug usage using an obscure Four Island euphemism that cupcakes means drugs, and it does so in a robotic, monotonic parody of the middle eight of Lady Gaga's song Monster. When you listen to this song, you may feel as if you are on drugs. Just wait. This is only the intro.
