The Down And Outs are a fast melodic punk band from Rhode Island. Their sound is reminiscent of the Epitaph and Fat Wreck Chords bands of the 90's. Their discography includes "The Greatest Hits!!!" EP released in 2007 and their 2010 full length "Cacophony".
