I bought this album when i was around 11 years old.. It's fantastic for a first rock experience together with Iron Maiden's A Matter of Life and Death and AC/DC's T.N.T.. I still have the CD today and what can i say? It's fantastic, funny, energic hard rock. The Darkness are so good.. \m/

No me parece tan atractivo como 'Permission to Land' pero lo noto más maduro musicalmente. No tiene nada que envidiarle.

how the hell can you say this is better then permission to land?! thats just nonsense most of the songs are weak and the last 2 are complete tat. however i do love dinnerladies arms

Both albums are great. I prefer permission to land by far but there is nothing wrong with this album at all. It's just got a softer approach to it than the last.

I thought it was better at the time. Tried to listen to it the other day and....well :( Hawkins starting a new band called The Legs soon though according to NME. XD
