Biography
The prime example of a non-professional-ivory-tower-bedroom-musician, The Arctic Program originated in Belgium in 2005. The guitar is the main instrument, often subject to sound manipulation. Therefore it's conceived as much as an expedition into the universe of sound as it is as a song-based project. [Currently writing and recording the album Captain Mandrake Speaking]
