Italian composer born on 13 December 1920 in Reggio Emilia.
He completed his studies at "Giuseppe Verdi" conservatory of Milan in music and choral singing, composition and vocal polyphony.
After the war, he moved to Rome, where he played an intense activity in the field of music for film, theater and television.
He composed soundtracks for more than 40 movies and TV shows.
