There are at least 2 bands called Straight Jacket.
1) A screamo band from Cleburne, Texas. All of their songs are written by Steven Stratton and Gregory Reagan, who is an allegedly poor drummer.
2) Straight Jacket was a 90s hardcore from Saratoga Springs, New York
3) Straight Jacket are a four piece band. Lead singer Tony Bowen, drummer Ben Woolacot, bass guitarist Matt Avery, and lead guitarist Dilson Laguna are currently playing at live music venues all over London.

4) Melbourne Hardcore Punk band. Recently changed their name to Straight Jacket Nation to avoid confusion.
