the production quality of this album is only one of the things that make this record one of sting's best. the atmosphere is intimate, and the band is like a single unit (even at more than 10 members). the fact that the setlist was drastically reduced was the only imperfection that marred this event. most of all, the significance of the date this was recorded lends poignancy over every lyric sung. it was a pity they didn't include the unplugged version of "message in a bottle" with sting all alone on the stage; nevertheless the album feels complete.
