Biography
The original Stars On 23 album (July 1999) was one of those projects that was destined to never get off the ground. (Even as an early Mashup it was turning out to be just too damn cheezy). Then a while later Richard X started making a name for himself with this sort of stuff, so we just jumped off the bandwagon and walked… The second incarnation occured in February 2003. Such a good name, so we resurrected Stars On 23 for an improvised show at the National Centre For Popular Music on 5th December 2001 supporting the Chillage People. Tracks for the debut album were recorded around this time, and with additional tracks such as the classic 'Dubclock' was eventually released in 2005. Stars On 23 are currently recording an EP
