Biography
Sr. Aye is the first lemur from Los Boliches but his ecologic niche is situated in the city of Granada. Is a nocturnal habits animal, with an auditive capacity ouf of limits, and nocturnal vision.
Since almost one decade, this primate´s dedication is to gather and store noises collected from the urban ambient that surrounds him, in order to use them on sounds shortage terms. Experimental hip hop is the base of his sound, but frequently he moves to other environments like downtempo or minimal.
During 2004 create together with other artists, the collective Miga and the netlabel www.miga-label.org, a plattform for the promotion and free broadcast of audiovisual works, where we can find the EP "Ceros y unos" as his first work on the net, and followed by other reference in 2006 called "SpaccaNapoli" edited in the netlabel Plataforma-LTW (www.plataforma-ltw.com)
During 2006 he performs a lot of live sets on places like: Festival NetAudio06 (London), Observatori 2007 (Valencia), Electrosplash 06 (Burriana, Castellón), Zemos98 (Sevilla), Festival M.A.R.T.E. (Auditorio Museo Picasso. Málaga), Kick the trash (Círculo de Bellas Artes, Madrid), Macarena Club (Barcelona), Industrial Copera (Granada), Sala Malibú (Almería), Colonial Café (Marbella), Friends@Emporio (Sevilla), Hipster-Club (Barcelona), Museo Casa de los Tiros (Granada), Rocket Festival 2005 (Antequera. Málaga), etc…
Sr. Aye works to offer a different live on every different occasion, trying to renew himself with the rhythm marked by the seasons.
