This track was the theme from the movie 'Slade in Flame' taken from the album of the same name and released as their 13th Top 20 single. It was the pinnacle of their career, their finest hour but it fell on deaf ears. People did not expect listening music from Slade and it signalled the start of their decline.
Their next 3 singles got into the charts but they were clearly falling from favour. The next album, Nobody's Fools' hardly scratched the chart and then they were gone. It would be 4 years before they charted again.
