Biography
William Hughes, or better known by his stage names Skinny DeVille and Saan, is a member of the Kentucky-based alternative southern rap quintet group Nappy Roots. He was described by the Rolling Stone as "The philosopher of the group and a plotter who's always thinking ten steps ahead."
