Sir Colin Davis is President of the London Symphony Orchestra and is also Honorary Conductor of the Dresden Staatskapelle. Sir Colin began last season performing Beethoven’s Missa Solemnis with the LSO at the Proms and going on to tour it in Paris, Bonn and New York. After performances of Berlioz Beatrice and Benedict with the Royal Academy of Music he completed the LSO series of Nielsen and Haydn Symphonies and Beethoven’s Piano Concertos with Uchida. 2012 saw Sir Colin at Covent Garden with Mozart Cosi fan Tutte.
