Biography
Samuel Reid is the keyboardist, producer. and Juno Award winning songwriter from the Canadian group Glass Tiger from Newmarket, Ontario. The foursome broke through internationally with its debut 1986 release "The Thin Red Line", which featured two chart topping hits, 'Don't Forget Me (When I'm Gone) and 'Someday'.
While still working with Glass Tiger and touring, Sam has embarked on a completely separate creative diversion, a solo project series entitled Sanctuary. Memorable mood music to escape with. Babbling brooks, soothing waves, thunder storms and wild birds engulfed in dreamlike melodies. This inspiring series of New Age wilderness nature CDs are distributed by EMI and through his own independent Willow Music label. The series currently features seven titles:

In addition to his own music, Sam distributes a collection of other New Age, Classical and Celtic artists on his website. He also been very active with operating his Riverside Recording Studio, North of Toronto, and mentoring and assisting others through the Songwriters Association of Canada.
