Caught up with Ruby on a Jools Holland show in Falmouth last night. Her version of "Peace in the Valley" was a complete show stopper. Gospel at its extreme. Jools just didn't have to say anything. As the audience erupted, he just indicated Ruby and then the members of the band, and led them all off the stage. Not a word from him. The audience kept cheering until the Band and Ruby came back on stage. Ruby is pure dynamite
