Rosie Sutherland first came to light as the female voice of The Val Dusty Experiment and the soundtrack for their classic surf film 'Litmus' in 1996.
Living on the north coast of New South Wales in Australia with her husband and three girls, Rosie is working on her debut album and plays regularly along the East Coast, both headlining and supporting touring acts such as The Black Sorrows, Grant Walmsley's Agents of Peace, Louis Tillett and Dan England.
In 2008 Rosie sang with The Brown Birds from Windy Hill at Splendour in the Grass and was a Toyota Star Maker finalist at Tamworth Country Music Festival.
She has a band called Rosie and The Thorns and the members are Mark Wells, Geoff Dixon, Leah Elliott and Dan Power myspace.com/rosieandthethorns
