There are two artists known as Robin Johnson, a 1980's actress/singer and a male urban R&B artist.
1. In the early 1980's a young 15 year old actress was signed by the Robert Stigwood Organization who appeared in the punk era film "Times Square". After vocal coaching from David Johansen she sang some songs on the soundtrack that are still revered today for their provocative lyrics and snarled delivery. She teamed up with Trini Alvarado
She later appeared in a few more films and made appearances on TV Show's like Guiding Light, Miami Vice and others and was last employed in show biz as a radio traffic update reporter.
2. Robin Johnson is a New Zealand-based R&B artist who, since his appearance on NZ Idol in 2004, has been actively working releasing an album.
