Biography
Revival Black (previously known as ‘Black Cat Bones’) are a classic sounding hard rock band, striking out of the cultural heartland that is Liverpool, England.
They have recently signed to leading management agency, TMR and plan a sonic incursion on the public with their forthcoming 10-song debut album, 'Step In Line' dated for release in 2019.
Having toured around the UK with Marco Mendoza (The Dead Daisies) the band have already established a strong following. With their own brand of honest rock n roll, drawing upon the classic sound of the 70’s with a strong foothold in the modern day, Revival Black have firmly planted themselves within the new phenomenon, known as `The New Wave of Classic Rock`.
UK rockers Revival Black consisting of lead vocalist Dan Byrne, guitarists Alan Rimmer and Adam Kerbache, bassist Jamie Hayward and drummer Ash Janes have unveiled a new single titled “Believe” from their new album 'Under The Light' , which is slated for release in May 2022.
About two weeks after the release of this record, lead vocalist Dan Byrne announced that he was leaving Revival Black without any firm plans for the future. Byrne is now a solo artist along with being the singer for SKIN (featuring guitarist Myke Gray) and Bad Rain. On the same day (on September 7, 2022) that Byrne announced his departure, Revival Black declared that Kim Jennett would be handling the lead vocal duties for their upcoming run of UK shows.
In August 2023, Revival Black decided to call it a day and end their band.
The group released the albums 'Step In Line' (2019), 'Live In Your Lounge' (2021) and 'Under The Light' (2022).
