"Quintet of Paradise", a string quintet with chamber music technique and the swing of popular music. It emerged in 1989 as the Ravel Quintet, adopted its current name in order to assert its proposal to disseminate the work of Northeast composers, emphasizing the armorial movement. Formed by professors from the Federal University of Paraíba and members of the Symphony Orchestra of Paraíba, the group has become internationally known. Quite eclectic repertoire, was among the first months of chamber music chart in England and other countries in Europe. Also recorded the soundtrack of the movie "Brazil's central" by Walter Salles jr.
