Quatuor Danel are a string quartet based in Brussels, Belgium consisting of Marc Danel (first violin), Gilles Millet (second violin), Vlad Bogdanas (viola) and Guy Danel (cello). They have gained a reputation in recent years, since they formed in 1991, in particular for performance of the modern string quartet repertoire and as champions of new music. They are currently string quartet in residence at the University of Manchester.
