Biography
Project: Data Control is a digitally-based multimedia experience conceived in 1998 by Dan Schell. Originally created as solely an internet literary project, P:DC expanded into audio in 1999 with the release of deconstructed sound collage in the form of a mp3.com release, which gave P:DC enough encouragement to release the full-length Attention-Deficit Democracy the following year. Copies of this release were limited to 75 and were sent all over the world, garnering airplay in distant places like the Netherlands, Australia and New Jersey.
