“Gett Off” was the first single from Prince’s 1991 album Diamonds and Pearls. It was also the first release credited to Prince and the New Power Generation. “Gett Off” (double T) is a concept that evolved from the Lovesexy jam “Glam Slam.” Prince remixed the song multiple times, including “Glam Slam ‘91,” which was similar to the song “Get Off” (single T).
