Trần Phương Ly (born October 28, 1990), mostly known by her stage name Phương Ly, is a Vietnamese singer. She initially gained attention after being casted in Teen Star 2007 and won the championship prize. Also in 2007, Phuong Ly participated in the TV show Music Idol: Vietnam Idol and reached the top 30 finals.
