Parallel or 90 Degrees was formed in the year 1996 by Andy Tillison Diskdrive and Sam Baine. Those two members form the core of the group and have released five albums and a live video. Their first album was entitled Sanctum/Acoustic Lens and was followed by The Corner of My Room. Their next release, Afterlifecycle, came out in 1997 and was both their first CD release and the first release on Cyclops. The follow-up to that was The Time Capsule and they next released Unbranded – Music From the EEC Surplus. ~ Gary Hill, All Music Guide
