This album is really excellent. I agree that production is excellent, clear, bright, good tight focused heavy low end, their best guitar tone and drum sound so far. I also totally agree with Paul Ryan saying he was progressing as a song writer, getting more "musical". Origin adds new groove and hooky riffs, without sacrificing technicality. Omnipresent continues to grow in this direction. In my opinion, Entity and Omnipresent are Origin's best work (not that they've ever made bad music in the past, but I like their growth).

I can't really say whether this tops Antithesis on a musical level (they're both top-notch tech death), but from a technical standpoint the production on this album is perfect. To whoever said the production was the same on Antithesis, no, not really. For starters, the mastering is way better here - while it's pretty obvious they were going for a high dynamic range production on Antithesis, they kind of undercut it by still mastering it loud enough that it clipped. That didn't happen here. The album is loud, but not so loud that repeated listening causes headaches. If more modern death metal sounded like this, the genre would be a lot better off.

To be totally honest, I prefer the style they displayed on this album to the other content they put out. So I'll say this is their best yet.
