Normand and The Hooligans was a British punk novelty act, perhaps a bit of a punk piss-take, that released one single in 1977: 'I'm a Punk' b/w 'Re-Entry ( Unidentified Flying Punk )'. For those interested, Norman and The Hooligans was a tongue in cheek idea of Mayfair Studios engineer/producer, Trevor Vallis (vocals, bass). The band was completed by Mark Gibbs (guitar) and Tony Richard, former drummer of early Lene Lovich band, The Diversions.
